Each year, Undergraduate Brothers make the transition to becoming alumni while excellent recruits are brought in to maintain the brotherhood on campus. In addition, through elections held annually or bi-annually, certain brothers have taken it upon themselves to help the Executive Board to further the purpose of the fraternity.
